aerobic exercise in middle-aged or older people who had been diagnosed with
insomnia. The survey took place 23 adults whose job was sedentary, mostly
women, aged 55 and older who had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.After
an adjustment period, the group began aerobic exercise 4 times a week, about 30 to 40 minutes at
a time.
Participants exercised
for nearly 75% of the maximum heart rate of doing or brisk walking or
